Duties & Taxes

Where can customers can track their orders?

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number included.

Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done?

  • Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.

If a customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done?

Returns and Refunds

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Please email contact@fiftykarats.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Can I change my address after I place my order?

Shipping addresses can only be changed if the order has not yet been shipped. Email contact@fiftykarats.com to update your shipping address. Always double check all shipping information before checking out.
